Terms of Use

learnai.gr | Operated by Project One Ltd

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms govern your use of learnai.gr and the purchase of our training programs.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of learnai.gr ("Platform"), operated by V.P. Project One Ltd ("Project One", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Platform, purchasing a course, or registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. About the Platform

learnai.gr is an online learning platform offering AI training, assessments, and certification programs. The Platform is hosted and delivered via Kajabi.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a course or create an account on the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Course Access & Licence

4.1 Personal Licence

Upon purchasing a course, Project One grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content solely for your own personal, non-commercial, educational purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicence, or distribute course content to third parties
  • Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from course materials
  • Record, screen-capture, or redistribute any course video or audio content
  • Use course content for commercial training or instruction without prior written consent from Project One

4.3 Business and Organisational Use

If a course is purchased by or on behalf of a company, organisation, or other legal entity, each individual user must have a separate licence, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Project One Ltd.

The purchasing organisation is responsible for ensuring that access is only granted to authorised users and that login credentials are not shared.

Any unauthorised sharing, distribution, or reuse of course content within or outside the organisation may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

4.4 User Assignment and Account Responsibility

Each licence is intended for use by a single named individual. Licences may not be shared, rotated, or reassigned between multiple users without prior written approval.

The organisation is responsible for managing user access and ensuring that each participant completes the training and assessment individually.

Certificates are issued to individual users and may not be transferred or reassigned.

4.5 Enterprise and Multi-User Agreements

For organisations purchasing access for multiple users, Project One Ltd may offer customised pricing, onboarding, and implementation support.

In such cases, separate commercial terms or agreements may apply, which will take precedence over these Terms of Use.

4.6 Monitoring and Misuse

Project One Ltd reserves the right to monitor usage patterns to detect potential misuse, including account sharing or abnormal access behaviour.

Where misuse is identified, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, limit functionality, or require the purchase of additional licences, without refund.

5. Exams & Certification

Some courses include an online exam. Upon successful completion of the exam, you may be awarded a Certificate of Completion issued through the learnai.gr platform.

The Certificate of Completion confirms that you have completed the course and passed the associated assessment. It does not constitute a regulated qualification, professional credential, or formal certification under any national or EU regulatory framework, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Disclaimers – AI, Compliance & Professional Use

Compliance with the EU AI Act depends on multiple factors, including the specific use of AI systems, internal governance, policies, risk management processes, and implementation practices.

Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of any AI-assisted outputs used in their personal or professional activities.

6.4 No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific business, legal, financial, or operational outcomes resulting from the use of the Platform.

This includes, without limitation, regulatory compliance, audit success, risk reduction, or organisational performance improvements.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal after accessing the course content, we reserve the right to deduct an amount proportionate to the content accessed, where permitted by applicable law.
